Refund Policy

The Cohort Lab is a digital membership and strategy service. Because you gain immediate access to proprietary resources, digital community spaces, and strategy IP upon joining, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any membership tiers or strategy sessions.

Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to The Cohort Lab for the remainder of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month.
